The Beauty In Simplicity

I may be the worst person to take relationship advice from, but in my very detailed book, love is what matters most in any successful relationship.

I was booked to take some post wedding pictures of a lovely couple.

They've been married, but wanted some pictures to be able to look back years from now from when they were young and recently married.

They were especially helpful to me because they came with plenty ideas of shots they wanted and props they wished to use. Priscilla is a HUGE cubs fan, and she wanted these pictures to have some baseball references to remember the Cubs historic World Series victory this year.

So Fly the W they did!

This was a challenge for me, because even though it wasn't a wedding, or for one, I had never done pictures like this, but I learned a lot from the experience. It was a very laid back vibe, thanks to the wonderful couple I was lucky enough to be booked by.

In the midst of fighting ants, mosquitoes the size of small birds, and the ever present Valley heat and humidity, it was easy to see how well these two get along despite having all those annoyances, they were happy to be taking pictures, together.

I'm a people watcher, it's just something I enjoy, ha. And while we would switch spots or talk about the next pose or shot they wanted, this was the common sight or Priscilla playing catch with herself.

I wish this beautiful couple many blessings in their lifelong journey, and hopefully they keep that beautiful spunk they had on this day with each other forever.
